رابطه بین مالکیت روان‌شناختی با خلق دانش و گشودگی به تغییر در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه رابطه بین مالکیت روان‌شناختی با خلق دانش و گشودگی به‌تغییر در معلمان تربیت‌‌بدنی بود. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است که جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 575 نفر از معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان گلستان در سال 1401 بود که تعداد 231 نفرآن‌ها با استفاده از جدول مورگان ب‌عنوان نمونه تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های این پژوهش سه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد مالکیت روان‌شناختی (شوکلا و سینگ، 2015)، خلق دانش (سانگ و همکاران، 2010) و گشودگی به تغییر (ایلماز، 2010)، استفاده گردید. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط 7 نفر دکترای مدیریت ورزشی تأیید و پایایی آن‌ها در یک مطالعه مقدماتی به‌ترتیب 84/0، 78/0 و 86/0 محاسبه گردید. تحلیل داده‌های به دست آمده به‌شکل توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، بین مالکیت روان‌شناختی با خلق دانش و گشودگی به‌تغییر در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. با توجه به‌نتایج به‌دست آمده به‌نظر می‌رسد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با توسعه سطح مالکیت روان‌شناختی و تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی و سازمانی نسبت به شغل خود، با شیوه‌هایی همچون ایجاد استقلال، خودکارآمدی و فرصت‌هایی برای تصمیم‌گیری در محیط کاری حمایت‌کننده از سوی سازمان‌ها، نقش مهمی را در ارتقای خلق دانش و پذیرش تغییرات اساسی در امر آموزش ایجاد کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the current research was to study the relationship between psychological ownership and knowledge creation and openness to change in physical education teachers. The current research is applied and correlational, and data collection was done in the field. The statistical population included 575 physical education teachers in Golestan province in 1401, of which 231 were selected as a stratified random sample using Morgan's table. To collect the data of this research, three standard questionnaires of psychological ownership (Shukla and Singh, 2015), knowledge creation (Song et al., 2010) and openness to change (Yilmaz, 2010) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was verified by 7 sports management doctorates. The obtained data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The research findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological ownership and knowledge creation and openness to change in physical education teachers. According to the obtained results, it seems that physical education teachers, by developing the level of psychological ownership and under the influence of individual and organizational factors towards their jobs, with methods such as creating independence from organizations, play an important role in promoting knowledge creation and accepting fundamental changes in education.
