Background and Objectives: The purpose of this research is to predict teachers' teaching style based on the dark triad of personality, Ego strength and epistemological beliefs of elementary school teachers in Saghez.. Methods: The current research is of the type of applied research and according to the method of data collection, it is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the research was all the teachers (800 people) working in education in Saghez city, who were teaching in the academic year 2021-2022. Of these, 351 were male and 449 were female. The sampling method was of stratified type (respecting the ratio of male and female), according to the Morgan table and based on the size of the population, the sample size was 300 people. The tools used were Grasha's Teaching Style Questionnaire (1996), Jension and Wister's (2010) dark triad of personality, Mark Strom's Ego strength (1997) and Schumer's epistemological beliefs (1990). The data was analyzed using SPSS software.. Findings: The research findings showed that there was a significant and negative relationship between the dark triad of personality and teaching style, and there was a positive and significant relationship between Ego strength and epistemological beliefs and teachers' teaching style. Conclusion: The results show that teaching style as a variable is affected by the dark triad of personality, Ego strength and epistemological beliefs. In other words, it can be said that the personality characteristics, structure and psychological integration and mentality and belief system of teachers affect their teaching style.
